I know Prof. Dr. Serdar Kahraman not through his biography, scientific publications or professional titles. I know him as his patient.
After my severe injury, my journey brought me into contact with many doctors and specialists. Prof. Kahraman was the doctor with whom I was able to build a genuine doctor-patient relationship — one based on trust, calmness and confidence at a time when every decision carried enormous importance for me.
In 2021, at Anadolu Medical Center, he first performed surgery on my cervical spine, placing two cages. Approximately three months later, he performed a revision of my spinal stabilization.
At that time, I called him “the Golden Hand.” It is not a medical title and it is not an advertising slogan. These are simply the words of a patient describing the doctor in whose hands he placed himself.
For this reason, Prof. Dr. Serdar Kahraman is a doctor whom I would personally recommend wholeheartedly, based on my own experience as his patient.
